NGC Board Makes Adjustments to Company Leadership

Following the first meeting of the Board of Directors of The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (NGC) chaired by Mr. Gerry C. Brooks, it has been agreed with the consent of management that Mr. Indar Maharaj – President, Mr. Nazim Sarjad – Manager, Construction Services, Ms. Charmaine Mohamed – Manager, Corporate Communications and Ms. Cheryl Boodoosingh – Manager, Procurement and Contracts will proceed on leave with immediate effect. Ms Maria Thorne – Vice President, Legal and Corporate Management who has acted previously as President will act as President. Other managers have been appointed to act for the three managers who are proceeding on leave.
