Grenadian Prime Minister Comes Calling
In keeping with the heightened corporate profile as the key local player in the gas-based energy sector, NGC was host on Thursday, August 14th to the visiting Grenadian Prime Minister, the Honourable Tillman Thomas, and some of his cabinet colleagues, including the Honourable Peter David, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Tourism and the Honourable Nazim Burke, Minister of Finance.


While at Head Office, the official delegation was provided with presentations on NEC/NGC and the natural gas industry by the NGC President , Mr. Frank Look Kin, The National Housing Programme by Margaret Chow, Director HDC and the New Highways Expansion Programme (Trinidad's roads) by the Honourable Roger Joseph, Minister of Works and Transport.
The Honourable Tina Gronlund-Nunez, Minister of State in the Ministry of Science, Technology and Tertiary Education also attended.

Reita Toussaint, Deputy Chief of Protocol, Trinidad and Tobago, who was the Ministry of Foreign Affairs representative to accompany the official party, also escorted them to Camden Heliport from where they undertook an aerial tour of housing developments at Corinth Hill, Orchid Gardens and Tarodale Hills before flying southwards to Atlantic LNG.
