African Ministers of Energy Visit NGC and Tour Point Lisas

Mr. Mc Intosh noted that in a presentation delivered to the visiting group at Monday’s session of the Conference on the growth of the natural gas sector in Trinidad and Tobago, he focussed on the development of the Point Lisas Industrial Estate which was established over 40 years ago. He stated that the group would be able to see for themselves the different ammonia and methanol plants of which he spoke.

NGC’s President also said that NGC was keen to converse with them to note what areas the Ministers were interested in and how NGC could be of assistance to them in the future. One delegate then thanked NGC and Mr. Mc Intosh for allowing them to exchange ideas and information.

The group then proceeded on a tour of the Point Lisas Industrial Estate, which was facilitated by NGC’s Antonia Lucky and Alan de Caires.See Presentation >>
