Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited (PPGPL) is a member of the NGC Group of Companies. It is a producer and marketeer of propane, butane and natural gasoline in the Caribbean.
PPGPL is conducting an international and local executive search for an outstanding results-driven, proven, strategic and visionary senior executive, to guide the company through the next phase of its development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Providing effective leadership and direction to ensure that the company achieves its strategic goals.
– Building strong partnerships with employees, customers, shareholders and the community.
– Accountable for attaining excellence in all business operations to maximise shareholder value and consistent with the Company’s Core Purpose, Mission, Vision and Values.
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES:
– Demonstrable track record in leading a successful company, preferably in the energy sector.
– Possess extensive knowledge of the local and international natural gas and energy sector.
– Excellent networking and negotiating skills, involving various stakeholders including government, senior industry officials and strategic alliance partners.
– Extensive experience in managing an organisation undergoing transformation changes, with multiple work streams and changing financial constraints and budgets.
– Candidates must possess strong leadership, communication and commercial skills in both local and international contexts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Applicants should currently hold a leadership or senior executive position.
– Applicants must have a tertiary level qualification composed of a Master’s degree in either Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
– At least 15 years’ postgraduate experience at a senior management level in the energy sector.

The Vice President, Finance and Information Management reports to the President, NGC.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Provision of accurate, comprehensive and timely financial and accounting information.
– Efficient management of the treasury function, information technology and support services to facilitate decision-making at the board and corporate levels.
– Develop and direct financial plans and perspectives to support the Group’s strategic business plan and growth opportunities together.
– Contributing to the strategic development of NGC and consolidated reporting on the financial performance of the NGC Group.
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES:
– In-depth knowledge of international accounting/financial management standards and best practices, and oil and gas accounting.
– Sound knowledge of developments in global energy trends, and information technology and management systems.
– Excellent networking and negotiating skills, involving various stakeholders including government, senior industry officials and strategic alliance partners.
– Candidates must possess strong leadership, communication and commercial skills in both local and international contexts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, etc.).
– An MBA or postgraduate qualification in Accounting.
– At least 15 years’ managerial and leadership experience in the
accounting/financial field, preferably within the energy sector, of which
at least 1- years must have been at a senior management level at a
significant organisation.
