National Energy
National Energy is a wholly owned subsidiary of NGC. Established in 1979, the Company has, for more than 40 years, been dedicated to the development of infrastructure to support the energy industry, while providing quality service in the area of sustainable, energy-based development.
The Company’s mandate includes:
- The conceptualisation, promotion, facilitation, and development of new sustainable energy-based industries locally and internationally;
- Development and operation of port and industrial estate infrastructure and marine logistics operations;

LABIDCO
La Brea Industrial Development Company Limited (LABIDCO) — promotes, develops, operates and manages the La Brea Industrial Estate and maritime infrastructure facilities at the Port of Brighton, both located in La Brea, Trinidad and Tobago. LABIDCO offers developed industrial sites for lease, bioremediation services for the treatment of oily waste, port facilities for import/export of goods and materials, logistics, open and covered storage, and a dock/yard for the fabrication of offshore platforms. LABIDCO’s location and deep-water harbour are ideally suited to provide port, logistics and dock services for northeast South America, including the energy sectors of Guyana, Suriname and French Guiana.

NGC Green Company Limited
NGC Green Company Limited (NGC Green) — NGC Green Company Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NGC, helping to institute a cleaner energy future through investment in low-carbon fuels, energy efficiency, sustainable transportation and associated research and development. NGC Green key focus areas are:
- Strategic investments in vital decarbonization projects and technologies
- Transportation (CNG, Electric Vehicles, alternative fuels such as hydrogen and methanol)

Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited (PPGPL)
Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited (PPGPL) — is engaged in natural gas processing and the aggregation, fractionation, and marketing of natural gas liquids (NGLs). It operates as Trinidad and Tobago’s NGL hub on the Point Lisas Industrial Estate, where it operates a state-of-the-art cryogenic gas processing facility.
PPGPL owns and operates three (3) natural gas processing facilities capable of processing up to 1.95 billion standard cubic feet per day (Bcf/d) of natural gas, together with associated facilities. PPGPL also owns three (3) NGL assets in the USA: an NGL marketing business in Houston; an NGL terminal in Hull, Texas; and a propane terminal located in Rush City, Minnesota. Operating under the Phoenix Park brand, Phoenix Park Energy Marketing LLC (PPEM) is currently engaged in the business of marketing, trading and transportation of natural gas liquids in Canada, USA and Mexico.

Trinidad and Tobago NGL Limited (TTNGL)
Trinidad and Tobago NGL Limited (TTNGL) — is a 25% owned subsidiary, which serves as an investment vehicle to enable the public to participate in equity ownership of PPGPL. TTNGL owns 39% of PPGPL and is currently a Publicly Listed Company/Investment Holding Company. TTNGL is 25% owned by NGC and 75% by the public.
