As a responsible state entity, NGC strictly enforces a Business Practices and Ethics Policy, under which it closely manages the risk of Conflicts of Interest (COI) arising among employees and leadership. As part of NGC’s growth strategy, the process for reporting and treating with COI was recently automated to better align with international best practice.
