Experienced ERP consultants to provide independent advisory services in relation to its SAP environment

Review NGC’s SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba and other SAP implemented solutions
Review and validate the findings and recommendations contained in NGC’s SAP Assessment Report
Assess opportunities to optimise business processes, system performance, reporting and data analytics
Identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities within the SAP environment
Provide recommendations, prioritisation and an implementation roadmap in accordance with SAP and industry best practices
Deliver a final report outlining validated recommendations and the proposed implementation approach
