The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (NGC) will be conducting odourant filling at its natural gas metering facilities.

The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago (NGC) will conduct excavation and pipeline construction works on its 16-inch (16″) diameter gas pipeline along Wrightson Road, Port of Spain, during the period 19th April, 2019 @ 6:00pm to 22nd April, 2019 @ 6:00am.
It has become necessary to divert the 16″ pipeline in the vicinity of South Quay, Port of Spain to facilitate drainage works by the Ministry of Works and Infrastructure.
NGC is asking all motorists and pedestrians to exercise caution when in the vicinity of the works. Police officers and traffic wardens will be on hand to manage traffic flow. NGC assures the public that all operations will be conducted with the public’s safety as its highest priority.
Motorists can use the Lady Young Road or Port of Spain Overpass via the Independence Square route to avoid traffic delays.
The Company’s Annual Meeting is now scheduled for April 30, 2019 at 10:00am at the Grand Ballroom, Hilton Trinidad and Conference Centre, Lady Young Road, Port of Spain, Trinidad. No changes have been made to the record date or the proposals to be brought before the Annual Meeting, which are presented in the Form of Proxy.
Trinidad and Tobago NGL Limited (TTNGL) advises that the Annual Meeting of the Company will be held on 25th April 2019 at 10:00am at the Hilton Trinidad and Conference Centre, and the record date has been set at 11th April 2019.
